It all started in sunny Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia in 1985 when a visionary kid received his first Commodore 64 computer for christmas. He saw the potential in the technology and was enthusiastic to learn more and more how to use this device. Back in 1999 he joined a global player in the telecommunications and internet technology area and continued to learn all aspects of computing, internet and humans.
Over the years he built a strong and broad spectrum of knowledge with regards to technologies, techniques and processes to empower organizations to find smarter, faster, and better ways to work. As an empathetic people leader with a deep interest in people he has the appreciation of customers.
With his analytical skills and the wide range of technology understanding, he is a great business relationship manager mediating between Fortune 500 companies and the employer focusing on solutions which support both sides.

What you provide to succeed a role

Therefore you provide internal and external training to grow your employees and you follow an „open door policy“ where ideas can be discussed without judging. You ensure that your employee has the technical equipment in place to support your customers and you approach a distributed world of work with flexibility and trust. Work personas (flexible, remote) are categories that are assigned to your employees depending on the nature of their work. On the other side, you support the internal collaboration between the account team and other internal departments. Your final objective is a successful, happy customer that will provide a high customer satisfaction rating based on the achievement of tangible value derived from the digital transformation and your products and services.
