Well, seems that you haven’t gathered enough information about me. So here are some additional facts.

I like …

  • Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is the metric that measures a customer’s happiness with a company’s products, services, or overall experience, indicating whether those offerings meet or exceed their expectations. It is crucial for businesses because satisfied customers exhibit increased loyalty, repeat purchases, and positive word-of-mouth, which directly contributes to a company’s profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Honesty
Honesty with a customer is crucial because it builds trust, credibility, and long-term customer loyalty by setting realistic expectations and fostering transparent relationships. It involves being truthful about products, services, limitations, and problems, even when the news is difficult. By proactively addressing issues, taking responsibility, and offering solutions, businesses can turn negative situations into opportunities to demonstrate integrity and strengthen customer relationships, ultimately leading to a stronger brand and sustainable success.
  • Work in or with well-functioning team
To work in or with a well-functioning team, focus on clear communication, a commitment to shared goals, mutual respect, and a positive attitude, leveraging individual strengths and supporting team members to achieve success together. Key characteristics of a high-functioning team include a shared purpose, clearly defined roles, effective decision-making processes, and the ability to openly address conflict for collective growth and productivity.
  • General Problem Solver
I like to be creative and find solutions for any kind of problem which helps the customer as well as my employer. A creative problem solver is a soft skill characterized by a holistic approach to challenges, using imaginative techniques alongside logical processes to generate novel and effective solutions. This process involves defining a problem, gathering diverse data and perspectives, generating numerous ideas (divergent thinking), and then evaluating and selecting the best ones (convergent thinking) to form an action plan and implement a solution.

I don’t like …

  • Headhunter/Recruiter questions without qualified background
When contacted by a headhunter/recruiter without a specific role in mind, you need to ask questions to understand their recruitment specialty, what they look for in candidates, their relationship with the hiring manager, the nature of the search, and their process. Often this is a waste of time as the headhunter/recruiter does not understand my background nor my focus.
  • mendacity towards a customer to reach the business objective
„It’s not endless mendacity… just negotiations“ What a bad statement! I fully understand that sometimes you cannot say the full truth to a customer but mendacity is the poorest thing you can do. Also when you say the truth, you can avoid to set your company into a bad light. If you really don’t like to present your weak spots or mistakes then explain to the customer that you cannot comment on it. It’s even better than just doing finger pointing in any directions.

Peculiar Interest

  • FoodSharing
Since November 2023 I am a part of the non-profit organisation FoodSharing. Here I am a Relationship Manager Cooperation Partner who’s interfacing with the cooperation partner and food-saver for the largest charity fighting hunger and food waste. Volunteer work to make the world a bit better.
Every year, a third of global food production goes to waste according to studies done by the United Nations Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO). In the spirit of “think global, act local”, the grassroots initiative Foodsharing was founded in Germany in 2012 to tackle the problem of food waste.
